స్వీట్స్ మానేసినాక అప్పుడప్పుడు నాలిక పీకేస్తుంది కాని పొట్టలో ఏదోకటి పడెయ్యడం మాత్రం మానట్లేదు...

  2. Absolutely healthy. Here in Singapore, people are more into having healthy stuff for snacks like cut fruits, dry fruits or low calorie biscuits, soya milk and all types of herbal tea. This seems to have rubbed on me as well. So, fruits and more fruits for me from now on. I am on weight reduction program as well, Sree.
