Day 280 ~ Oct 7 - Srikaakuleswara Swamy

The idol of lord, there was this divine radiance and an old world charm to this place, all through I had this feeling that I had been to this place some time, seen this premises but I had never ever been there.. loved the feeling.

మహిమ గల గుడి తప్పకుండా వెళ్ళండి వెళ్ళండి అని ఇంటి దేగ్గరి VRO గారు పీక్కుని తినేస్తుంటే తప్పేటట్లు లేదురా బాబు అని బయలు దేరి వెళ్లాం కాని అక్కడి వెళ్తే మనసుకు చెప్పలేనంత హాయిగా అనిపించింది.

The temple existing since 1010 AD, reconstructed twice, now renovated and looks like this but the sanctum sanctorum gives you an old world feel.

This existing temple is said to be built by Sree Krishna Devaraaya.. there are inscriptions from Chola dynasty time and this is Amukta Malyada Room!

It is in Krishna District on the way between Movva and Challapalli..
