నాకు సుధాకర్ అన్నయ్య అని ఒక అన్న ఉన్నారు ఆయన నాకు పుస్తకాలు ఇష్టం అని సోనీ రీడర్ కొనిపెట్టారు అప్పుడెప్పుడో.. అది వచ్చిన కొత్తల్లో నాలుగేళ్ల కిందట.. ఇప్పుడు అది పాత బడిపోయింది అని కొత్త kindle తను వాడేది 9 inches ఇచ్చి పంపించారు... అన్ని ఉన్నా అల్లుడి నోట్లో శని టైపులో అది చేరింది కాని ఛార్జ్ అవ్వడం లేదు :(((((...!!! దాని charger ఇండియా లో ఎక్కడ దొరుకుంటుందో చెప్పి పుణ్యం కట్టుకోండి మహా ప్రభో!

I think the battery is completely drained out. The same thing happened to my touchpad. I tried charging several times, but it did not get charged. When I called support, they suggested to hold the power button and the menu button (? this is the button we click to activate the screen and navigate, i am not sure if kindle has the same) for 15 secs and charge. It may work. if not, better to contact amazon, they will help you out. They have pretty good customer support.

ReplyDeleteYou need to unplug it, hold the slide to the right for 20 seconds, release then plug back in. It will go through a reboot (it had a progress bar) comes back on.
If it still doesn't work, you need to call support.
