since it was very cold with the temperatures just below 0, we decided not to venture out at the real beach but walk around the battery in Charleston a place where the civil war actually started... and we caught a glimpse of a ship, the kid was happy to have her Bandar beach back :)... but sad that she could not run around in the sand, 'cos we could not find any :)
